Job Description

This role is built for someone who knows the European energy and commodities landscape — and how quickly it’s evolving. From traditional trading to renewables, carbon, and cross-commodity portfolios, the complexity is only increasing.

We’re hiring a senior sales professional to help drive growth across EMEA, working with a platform that supports trading, risk, and operational workflows across the full commodity lifecycle.

You’ll be engaging with firms navigating market volatility, regulatory pressure, and the energy transition — helping them modernise their technology stack while managing real commercial risk.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business and expansion across energy firms, utilities, and commodity trading houses in EMEA
  • Leading complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision processes
  • Building relationships across front office, risk, operations, and technology teams
  • Positioning solutions across traditional and emerging areas (including renewables, carbon, and environmental products)
  • Acting as a trusted advisor in a market where credibility matters

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience selling into energy / commodities trading environments
  • Deep understanding of CTRM / ETRM systems and trading workflows
  • Track record of closing enterprise-level deals in complex organisations
  • Ability to navigate both commercial and technical conversations with confidence
  • Experience working across European markets

This is a role for someone who understands that in this market, deals are won on insight and trust — not just process.
