X4 Technology are partnered with a high-growth trading organisation seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Business Systems Analyst to join their London team.

This is a newly created role sitting between London-based business users and technology teams in Beijing, supporting a range of business-critical applications and data platforms. You'll investigate system and data issues, perform database queries to validate information, gather requirements, support end users and coordinate with technical teams to drive resolution across multiple systems, including ERP/SAP platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong systems mindset who enjoys working closely with both business and technology stakeholders. The client is looking for someone who can perform hands-on analysis and first-line investigations, rather than acting solely as a coordinator or translator.

Requirements for the Mandarin-Speaking Business Systems Analyst

• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, Business Systems Support, Data Support or Junior BA roles
• Ability to query databases, validate data and investigate system or data-related issues
• Experience working with enterprise applications and business-critical systems
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and business domains
• Experience within trading, financial services, commodities, energy trading or ETRM environments is highly desirable
• Exposure to SAP/ERP systems would be beneficial

This is an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion. You'll join a growing technology function, gain exposure to a broad range of enterprise systems and play a key role supporting global operations, while helping shape a brand-new position within the business.
