Overview:

The company are looking for an experienced ETRM Business Analyst with strong LNG trading exposure to join a growing energy trading function. This role sits across business‑as‑usual (BAU) support and new project delivery.

This position is well suited to someone currently working within a consulting environment, who is potentially looking to move into a direct, in‑house role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Analyst within the LNG ETRM landscape
• Support BAU activities across trading, risk, and operations
• Gather and document business requirements from LNG trading and commercial teams
• Work on new ETRM initiatives and change projects alongside technology and delivery teams
• Translate front‑to‑back LNG trading requirements into system and process solutions
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Essential Experience

• Strong LNG ETRM experience
• Proven Business Analyst background within ETRM environments
• 6–8 years total experience, with at least the last 2 years in LNG ETRM
• Hands‑on understanding of LNG trading workflows, contracts, and lifecycle
• Experience balancing BAU support with project/change work
• Background in consulting or system integrator environments preferred

Desirable (But Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Energy Operating Systems (EOS)
• This is a plus, but not essential and can be learned on the job
