About the Role

We’re working with a client in the energy trading space who is looking to bring on an

Endur Solution Architect

to support the evolution of their trading platform.

This is not a configuration-heavy role; they need someone who can

own architecture across the Endur platform

, with a focus on

modernization, integration, and cloud alignment

.

You’ll be working across the full trading lifecycle, helping design scalable solutions that connect front, mid, and back office systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and define

Endur platform architecture

across trading workflows

• Design and implement solutions across

deal modelling, risk, scheduling, and settlements

• Lead integration of Endur with upstream/downstream systems using

Kafka / Confluent

• Drive

event-driven architecture

and modern integration patterns

• Align Endur platform with

Azure cloud-native architecture

• Work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Establish

best practices, standards, and governance

across the platform

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for Endur deployments

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience within

Trading IT / Energy Trading environments

• 10+ years hands-on experience with

OpenLink Endur (v14+)

• Strong understanding of

Endur architecture

, including:

• Managers, Services, TPM, APM
• Grid configuration
• Deal modelling
• Experience integrating Endur with

Kafka / Confluent (v26+ preferred)

• Solid experience designing solutions in

Azure cloud environments

• Strong understanding of the

end-to-end trading lifecycle

(front to back office)

• Experience with

CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with

TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale

ETRM transformation or modernization programs

• Exposure to other trading platforms or commodities markets
• Prior consulting or stakeholder-facing experience
