Job Description

A key Optimus client is seeking experienced

End-to-end Integration Architects

(multiple roles) to lead the architecture across Oil Liquids trading platforms within the Trading & Supply organization. These roles will cover solution architecture, end-to-end architecture, and integration leadership to support the implementation and evolution of a global Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) platform. The architects will ensure scalable, secure, and standards-aligned solutions while enabling the transformation of trading capabilities through cloud, data, and modern architecture practices.

Required Experience / Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Trading IT and architecture roles.
  • Exposure to OpenLink Endur, SAP HANA, Salesforce, API management, Multifactor authentication. (REQUIRED)
  • Energy Trading Industry Knowledge Required: Strong understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle from deal capture through settlement. (REQUIRED)
  • Experience architecting large-scale trading platforms and integrations in cloud environments (Azure preferred). (REQUIRED)
  • Expertise designing microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications.
  • Strong data architecture experience including data pipelines, warehousing, and distributed data platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and similar technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to lead architectural decisions across complex environments. Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks (preferred)
  • Azure Services & Integration: Significant experience with Azure Functions, Web Apps, distributed/event-driven architecture (event hub, event bus, Kafka), ELK. Intermediate to advanced exposure to Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, CosmosDB, Azure SQL.
  • Integration experience with Confluent/Kafka, API Management, Logic Apps
  • Hands-on development experience with technologies such as Python, .NET/.NET Core, Node.js, or similar. (preferred)
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
