Contract Test Manager : Freight & Shipping : IMOS

We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance across a large-scale IMOS implementation — covering both vendor functionality and bespoke, custom-built components.

This is a programme manager level role, providing assurance to senior stakeholders and owning go-live readiness end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme-wide test strategy across IMOS core, custom builds, SIT, UAT, regression, and non-functional testing
• Large-scale UAT across chartering, voyage execution, bunker management, and freight economics
• Integration assurance across CTRM/ETRM, financial, settlement, reporting, and data flows
• Defect governance, go/no-go recommendations, cutover readiness, and hypercare transition

Experience:

• IMOS / Veson Experience
• Freight & Shipping Domain Knowledge
• Large-scale UAT & SIT
• Custom build assurance
• Senior stakeholder management
• Prior Trading Programme Experience
