Summary

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions by providing detailed analysis.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within business processes to enhance efficiency.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and data.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
• Ability to document and model business processes using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support decision-making.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to problem-solving.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
