Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Recap, CTRM Trade Entry and Support
- Bunker Enquiry Tracking
- Manage long-term contracts,
- Daily Vessels Compliance Checks
- Customer Onboarding & KYC
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Send weekly market updates to clients
- All other trading related duties as assigned by the Company
Competencies and Skillsets Required:
- Meticulous, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with different stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education and Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Maritime, Supply Chain or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in trading related field would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues efficiently
