About the Role

We're hiring a senior Endur specialist to own risk and PnL delivery for commodity trading desks. This is a technofunctional role in the truest sense: you'll configure and extend Openlink Endur across front, mid, and back office, write JVS/OC where the platform falls short, and sit close enough to the desk that traders and risk managers know you by name.

You'd be joining a global consultancy that designs and runs trading and risk technology for energy and capital markets clients, the kind of shop where the people building the system are expected to understand the trades flowing through it. The day to day runs from curve architecture and deal modeling to figuring out why overnight VaR didn't tie out before signoff.

If you can speak trading and build like an engineer, and you've ever wished your work got checked by the desk every morning instead of disappearing into a backlog, this is that role.

What You'll Do

• Configure Endur across PnL, PAA, VaR, market and reference data, and position management
• Build and maintain curve frameworks: pricing curves, vol surfaces, correlation matrices, time-series setup and backfill
• Develop JVS/OC for analytics, automation, and workflow optimization
• Model physical and financial deals across gas, power, LNG, crude, products, and metals
• Own real-time and end-of-day risk reporting, including VaR, stress tests, Greeks, and scenario analytics
• Triage production issues end to end, from pricing engine faults to ref data breaks, and drive the root-cause fix rather than the patch
• Performance-tune VaR and PnL engines so signoff happens earlier, not later
• Work directly with traders, quants, risk managers, and developers to turn commercial intent into system design that scales

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ETRM with deep Openlink Endur expertise spanning front, mid, and back office
• Strong JVS/OC development skills, plus solid SQL and Python
• Hands-on commodity risk knowledge: options valuation, Greeks, vol modeling, PnL Explained decomposition
• A track record of keeping live trading environments stable through market stress
• Comfortable owning system design decisions and defending them to both technical and commercial audiences

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Findur, Simpliciti, APM/RTP, or gMotion/cMotion
• Greenfield ETRM implementation experience
• A front-office or trading floor background
• CTRM vendor evaluation and architecture design work
