We're partnering with a leading energy trading organisation seeking an experienced
Endur Software Engineer
to join a high-performing Product Delivery team supporting a North American Crude Trading portfolio.

expertise who enjoys working across development, application support, enhancements, and strategic project delivery within a fast-paced trading environment.
The Role
As part of an Agile delivery team, you will be responsible for the development, support, and ongoing enhancement of critical trading applications. You'll work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose technology solutions across the trade lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing OpenLink Endur solutions
- Providing application support, incident resolution, and change management
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Supporting the full software development lifecycle from requirements through to production support
- Analysing defects, identifying impacts and dependencies, and implementing effective solutions
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and DevOps delivery practices
- Supporting testing, deployments, upgrades, and patch management activities
- Collaborating with business users to improve processes and technology capabilities
- Working with third-party vendors on system enhancements and change requests
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience within ETRM/CTRM environments
- Strong experience supporting and developing OpenLink Endur (v11+)
- Full software development lifecycle experience
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments
- Strong understanding of energy trading operations and workflows
- Experience within one or more of the following areas:
- Trade Capture
- Risk Management
- Scheduling & Operations
- Settlements & Accounting
