Senior Endur Developer – 12-Month Contract – Fully Remote

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Endur Developer

to support a major energy trading technology programme. This is an initial

12-month contract

, working

fully remotely

.

The role will focus on designing, developing and enhancing

Openlink Endur

, working closely with business analysts, trading stakeholders and technology teams. Experience with

cMotion

would be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Endur enhancements across trading, risk and operational processes.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and working solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom functionality using

OpenJVS and/or OpenComponents

.

• Build and enhance interfaces between Endur and surrounding trading, market data and enterprise systems.
• Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes and deliver sustainable fixes.
• Support testing, releases and deployment activities, including code reviews and technical documentation.
• Work with business analysts and functional specialists to ensure solutions support the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Contribute to

cMotion-related development and integration

, where applicable.

Essential skills and experience

• Strong hands-on development experience with

Openlink Endur

, ideally within energy or commodities trading.

• Proven experience delivering Endur customisations, enhancements and integrations.
• Strong programming skills in

OpenJVS, Java and/or OpenComponents using C#/.NET

.

• Good understanding of the

trade lifecycle

, including deal capture, valuation, risk, P&L, settlements and associated workflows.

• Strong

SQL

skills and experience investigating data and application issues.

• Experience working across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing and deployment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable experience

• Hands-on experience with

cMotion

, particularly physical commodity logistics and scheduling.

• Exposure to

oil, gas, LNG or refined products

trading.

• Experience with Endur upgrades, performance optimisation or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with automated testing, version control and CI/CD practices.
