Senior Digital Business Analyst (Consulting)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, including transformation, platform modernization, cloud migration, and data projects
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into clear processes, technical specifications, and implementation plans
• Partner with business, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to drive alignment on scope, timelines, and risks
• Support live systems through issue resolution, optimization, and continuous enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Technology, or related disciplines
• 3–8 years of relevant experience
• Background in consulting (business or technology) is required
• Proven experience in digital projects or business systems analysis and design
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CTRM/ETRM, SCM, analytics, GenAI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, data-driven mindset
• Effective communicator with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
