About the Role
Seeking a highly experienced and self‑driven Senior Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and proven experience integrating with RightAngle (ION Technologies). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of owning end‑to‑end technical solutions in a production support environment.
Knowledge of the Oil & Gas or Energy Trading domain is essential, along with exceptional debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
Location- Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi
### Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications built using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Design and implement integrations with RightAngle (ION) including extensions, interfaces, services, and custom logic.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident analysis, root‑cause investigation, and permanent fixes.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver stable and scalable solutions.
- Work closely with functional teams, analysts, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Handle daily operations, production monitoring, and issue triaging.
- Support releases, deployments, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across global locations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of hands-on development experience in:
+ C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
+ SQL Server (complex queries, triggers, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Strong knowledge of RightAngle (ION Technologies) including:
+ Extension framework
+ Custom integrations
+ Trading and scheduling modules (preferred)
- Solid understanding of ETRM in Energy / Oil & Gas industry workflows (trading, scheduling, settlements, risk).
- Proven experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Must be able to work overlapping with USA time zones.
- Experience with:
+ ETL tools, SSIS
+ REST/SOAP APIs
+ Cloud platforms (Azure)
+ CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
