Senior Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team with a solid background in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM). This role involves managing deliverables across multiple projects and accounts while serving as a key point of contact for functional consultants within the

practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for deliverables for multiple projects and accounts, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for functional consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Participate in and contribute to the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of CTRM/ETRM platforms such as Allegro and Endur.
• Ensure the effective utilization of ValueCreed’s Run SmartTM managed services to enhance clients' CTRM solutions.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
• 2- 5 years of experience in the ETRM/CTRM domain.
• Proven experience with CTRM/ETRM platforms such as Allegro or Endur.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
