Job Description

Role Summary

Aubay UK is seeking a Business Project Analyst with proven CTRM and commodity trading experience to support a major trading systems transformation programme. This contract opportunity focuses on aligning business requirements with solution delivery across business process review, build, testing and deployment phases within an iRely CTRM implementation. The successful consultant will work closely with trading, risk, logistics, finance and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Structure, analyse and formalise business requirements
  • Review and validate business processes and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate solution delivery activities with the systems integrator
  • Lead and coordinate UAT and end-to-end testing activities
  • Manage defects, risks and issue resolution activities
  • Provide project reporting and escalate decisions when required
  • Validate functional deliverables against business requirements
  • Support user adoption and successful deployment of the CTRM solution
  • Ensure consistency and quality across target operating processes

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, MOA or Business Project Management roles
  • Strong knowledge of soft commodity trading businesses (e.g., sugar, cocoa, wheat, coffee, palm oil, corn, crude oil, LNG - agriculture and physical commodities)
  • Experience delivering CTRM implementation or transformation projects
  • Experience working with iRely or comparable CTRM platforms
  • Ability to facilitate business workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Strong functional specification writing skills
  • Knowledge of UAT and end-to-end testing cycles
  • Experience working on technology and systems transformation programmes
  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working with trading, risk, logistics, finance and accounting stakeholders
  • Knowledge of physical commodities trading operations

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience coordinating third-party systems integrators
  • Strong change management and user adoption experience
