• Configure and support SAP CRTM / TRM modules for commodity trading operations
• Implement and manage financial deal processes for derivatives, including trade capture, valuation, and settlement
• Configure the commodities-side of TRM, including:
• Physical and financial trading structures
• Pricing, contract management, and settlement processes
• Perform end-to-end system setup, including master data, transaction flows, and configuration
• Support integration with SAP FI/CO and logistics modules (MM/SD)
• Participate in testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
• Work with business stakeholders (trading, risk, finance) to gather and translate requirements
• Provide ongoing production support and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRTM / TRM consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with derivatives deal processing
• Solid experience in commodities trading processes and TRM configuration
• Experience with SAP system setup, configuration, and testing cycles
• Understanding of end-to-end commodity trading lifecycle
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC TRM/CTRM
• Some travel to St. John's NB might be needed

Senior CTRM Manager

Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP CRTM solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Manage and support financial deal processes for derivatives, including:

1. Basket Swaps
2. Pre-Crack Swaps
3. Other commodity-linked derivative instruments
4. Configure and optimize trade capture, pricing, valuation, and settlement processes

• Design and deliver risk reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment between:

1. Physical commodity transactions
2. Financial exposure and P&L reporting

• Ensure strong physical–finance linkage for accurate exposure management and reporting
• Lead implementation and compliance of hedge accounting processes in line with IFRS/GAAP standards
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Trading stakeholders to define business requirements and solutions
• Oversee integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and external trading systems
• Provide leadership to functional teams and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CRTM
• Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Commodity Risk & Trading Management (CRTM) or SAP TRM
• Strong hands-on experience with derivatives financial deal processing (e.g., swaps, structured products)
• Proven expertise in risk reporting and exposure management, including physical-financial reconciliation
• In-depth knowledge of hedge accounting processes and financial compliance requirements
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC CRTM implementations
• Strong understanding of commodity trading lifecycle (front, mid, back office)
• Experience integrating SAP CRTM with FI/CO and other logistics modules
• Some travel to St. John, NB might be needed.
