Project Manager – Power Trading Operations (OTC Derivatives & Commodities)

Overview

A Project Manager is required to join the CIB Operations team and support the Power Trading operations function in building out capabilities for a new trading desk utilizing Openlink ENDUR.

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving this process, being a spokesperson for the middle office team, helping write test scripts, raising issues on any trades that are more complex, and presenting to front-office stakeholders and leadership.

The individual must know how to run a UAT, manage the implementation process, and provide status updates. This person should have at least OTC Derivatives product knowledge, while Commodities and Power Trading (options, swaps) experience is preferred.

Mission

Support the Power Trading operations team in building out capabilities for a new trading desk utilizing Openlink ENDUR. Drive implementation activities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of operational and trading capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall implementation process for the Power Trading desk initiative.
• Act as a spokesperson for the middle office team.
• Help write and execute test scripts.
• Raise issues related to complex trades and support issue resolution.
• Present updates and project status to front-office stakeholders and leadership.
• Run UAT activities and coordinate testing efforts.
• Manage project timelines and implementation activities.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with business, technology teams, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience.
• Driving timelines.
• Working with external vendors and technology teams.
• Experience running UAT activities.
• OTC Derivatives experience.
• Commodities and Power Trading experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident working with front-office stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data migration project experience.
• Openlink ENDUR experience.

Payrate - $65/Hr - $68/Hr
