Project Manager with a strong background in energy trading environments to lead the delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives. This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving trading organisation, where market volatility, regulatory change, and product innovation drive a constant pipeline of transformation.

A global name in the Energy & Commodities market, who manage risk on behalf of clients, but also trade their own money, operating in the Energy Sector (Power, Gas, LNG), are going through an Enterprisse Wide Landscape Evolution. Backed by their shreholders, they are going through a period of change and upgrade. This includes business change;New Products and Commodities being added to their portfolio.New Geographical Markets - New offices globally being openedAnd therefore the impact that has on Technology including; New ETRM implementations, as well as bespoke systems & regulatory changes and reporting. Means that they are hiring for a Senior Project Manager, who comes from an Energy trading background, to help deliver change and run projects effectively with impact.

As the Project Manager on the transformation you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from new product onboarding (e.g. precious metals) to Energy Trading Risk Management implementations (ETRM) and regulatory change programmes, ensuring the business can respond effectively to evolving market conditions shaped by climate policy and geopolitical developments.

As a senior project Manager you willLead end-to-end delivery of business and technology change projects within an energy trading environmentManage ETRM implementation programmes, including vendor coordination, integration, and business adoptionOversee onboarding of new traded products (e.g. power, gas, renewables, precious metals) into front-to-back trading processesDeliver regulatory change initiatives in response to evolving market rules and compliance requirementsPartner with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment across business functions

Experience needed for the Project Manager role:Strong Project Management experience within Energy Trading (essential)Proven track record delivering both: Business change (process, operating model, regulatory) & Technology change (system implementations, integrations)Hands-on experience with ETRM systems (e.g. Endur, Openlink, Allegro, or similar)Experience onboarding new commodities or financial products into trading environmentsExperience delivering projects in response to regulatory changeSolid understanding of:Trade lifecycle (front-to-back)Risk, P&L, and settlements processes
