Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CTRM (Commodity Trading and Risk Management) and Term Solutions projects for global clients. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure quality deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires expertise in IT project management, software implementation, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies to successfully deliver enterprise technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of CTRM and Term Solutions implementation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project schedules using Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project scope, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and progress reports for internal leadership and clients.
Gather and analyze business requirements and ensure technical solutions align with client objectives.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, security policies, and client requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams during software configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and exceptional service.
Mentor project team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support pre-sales activities by assisting with project estimation, planning, and solution presentations when required.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in CTRM, ETRM, ERP, or enterprise software implementation.
Strong understanding of Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) business processes and trading lifecycle.
Experience managing software development projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
Experience working with global clients across the energy, commodities, manufacturing, or financial services sectors.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
