The Role
You will be responsible for managing projects across the
ETRM ecosystem
, working closely with
Trading, Risk, Operations, IT, and external vendors
to ensure successful delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and strategic change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to the platform
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Work closely with front-to-back business teams including
Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office, and IT
- Coordinate technical and functional workstreams across internal teams and third-party vendors
- Drive platform improvements, process optimisation, and business change initiatives
- Ensure project governance, reporting, and delivery milestones are met
- Support implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement programmes across the trading technology stack
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience or interest in delivering projects within
Energy Trading
or
Utilities
- Experience managing complex
technology and business change programmes
- Ability to work across both
business and technical stakeholders
trade lifecycle
, risk, and operational processes
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and internal delivery teams
