JVS Developer (Americas)
About the Role
Provide expert-level L3 technical support for a large-scale Openlink Endur implementation, focusing on JVS/OpenJVS script analysis, break-fix development, and technical root cause investigation. You will be the technical backbone of the Americas support pod.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents requiring code-level analysis of JVS/OpenJVS scripts
- Perform break-fix development for custom Openlink Endur scripts, reports, and interfaces
- Analyze and troubleshoot EOD simulation failures that require code-level investigation
- Support Report Builder development and migration from legacy APM/scripted reports
- Conduct code reviews and maintain the Non-Core component registry (custom scripts, reports, interfaces)
- Investigate performance issues in custom code and recommend optimizations
- Support regression testing for JVS deployments and Openlink Endur patches
- Document all code changes with rationale, approval reference, and rollback procedures
- Contribute to the AI-powered knowledge base by documenting code patterns and resolution procedures
What You Bring

- Experience debugging and maintaining

- Ability to work independently on complex technical investigations
