Job Description

OpenLink Endur Implementation Consultant

Location: Houston, TX | Type: Full Time | Setup: Hybrid | Experience: 5+ years

About the Role

This role is for the person who stands up Endur from the ground up. When a new client or a new project environment kicks off, you're the one who installs, configures, and gets OpenLink Endur running so the trading and risk teams have something stable to work in from day one.

You'll be working through a global business and technology consultancy that serves financial services and energy and commodity trading clients. The engagements are real implementations with real deadlines, often involving a move off legacy infrastructure and onto a modern cloud-based platform. This is hands-on technical work, not advisory slide decks.

If you've done an Endur cloud migration and know what actually breaks during an install versus what the documentation says should happen, this is your kind of project.

What You'll Do

  • Install and configure OpenLink Endur for new clients and new project environments, from initial setup through a working baseline
  • Plan and run Endur migrations to cloud-based platforms, including the cutover details that tend to bite teams late
  • Work across infrastructure and data layers to make sure the environment is provisioned, connected, and performing
  • Troubleshoot installation, environment, and integration issues as they surface during a project
  • Partner with client trading, risk, and IT teams to translate their requirements into a sound technical setup
  • Document environment configurations and handoff notes so the client team can operate what you've built
  • Coordinate with consultancy delivery leads to keep the implementation on track against project milestones

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience installing and configuring OpenLink Endur for new customers or new environments
  • Experience with at least one Endur migration to a cloud-based platform
  • A technical background with infrastructure or data experience (provisioning, environments, integrations, or data pipelines)
  • Comfort owning the technical setup independently on a client-facing project
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the judgment to know where Endur installs typically go sideways
  • Based in or able to work onsite in Houston, TX
  • Consulting or client-delivery experience is a plus

Why Join Us

You'd be joining a delivery team that gets brought in when the work is genuinely technical and the stakes are real. The clients are serious players in energy and commodity trading, and the projects give you ownership over the environments you build rather than a narrow slice of someone else's plan.

For someone who likes seeing a system go from nothing to live and knows Endur well enough to make that happen cleanly, this is steady, high-impact work with a team that respects the craft.
