Job Description:
- Work closely with other Naphtha team members to maximize overall portfolio trading activity and revenue growth.
- Intimately understand all of contracts for wet and dry deals within the Naphtha book.
- Always try to maximize ENEOS group's total profit by utilizing all sorts of optimization ideas, with gaining a deep understanding of the Company's existing trading flow and ENEOS's system assets.
- Have own and expand commercial relationships in the market, actively develop new commercial relationships, and gain the trust from the market.
- Plan and carry out marketing and transactions within the limit of authority to the counterparties in the region and beyond, and maximize the profits.
- Explain complex trading ideas and performance results in a simple way to appropriate the Company managements.
- Develop coherent market views and trading strategies that support the overall the Company's strategic business plans.
- Utilize own knowledge and experience in derivatives to pursue maximization of profits through derivatives within the risk tolerance limits set by the company.
- Purse collaboration with other slate books specifically Gasoline book.
- Devise hedging plan and execute proper hedges to manage price risk exposure.
- Collaborate with other overseas offices (Houston/London) and always be aware of global trading opportunities.
- Always try to educate young talent and participate in the team's hiring activities as needed.
- Take care of SHE (Safe, Health, Environment) issues, and internal control to keep all the compliance well satisfied without any violation. Also keep strong business ethics, and strictly follow the company’s policy including anti-trust and antibribery.
- Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager of Clean Product Trading Dept. as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Master or Bachelor's degree in any discipline from accredited college or university
Minimum 10 years of work experience at Petroleum Refining Company or Petro-Chemical Company
Minimum4 years of Naphtha trading experience
- B2B sales experience and connection, market network
- Derivative knowledge and knowhow
- Experience for transactions via Platts Window
- Risk management with ETRM
- Capability to analyze supply and demand balance properly
Having experience in operation of oil trading is preferable
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.
Strong safety and compliance mind-set
Strategic thinking & problem solving, strong negotiation skills
Motivated and responsible team player with high working capacity
