Job Description
- Ensure accurate and timely capture of physical and derivatives trades in CTRM systems.
- Work with operations teams to track shipment and delivery status, and assist in cost allocation.
- Support the verification and reconciliation of clearing fees and brokerage charges, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with brokers and clearing members where necessary.
- Perform routine end-to-end reconciliations across trading, risk, and finance systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Prepare daily P&L and exposure reports, and provide basic analysis of key drivers.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support trading and risk decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
- 0–2years of experience in commodities risk or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of financial markets or derivatives is a plus.
- Exposure to commodities (especially oil) is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
