Job Responsibilities
● Strategic Vision: Define and execute the company's client success strategy, focusing on the unique needs of both small and large energy clients.
● AI Strategy and Integration: Explore, recommend, and implement AI tools to build efficiencies for the client users. Oversee the development and application of AI-driven solutions for clients to help them optimize their energy logistics.
● Client Delivery: Assist with sales demos via screen share. Handle the entire post-sales process to ensure every client is successfully onboarded to the Company’s software platform. Act as the voice of the client, influencing product roadmap and internal processes.
● Team Leadership: Build and manage a remote team to deliver exceptional service and support.
● Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with energy companies, ensuring their success and identifying expansion opportunities.
● Metrics & Analysis: Utilize data to track client health, predict churn, and report on key KPIs.
● Training & Development: Create and deliver training for clients and internal teams via screenshare or webinars, develop training materials and best practices.
● Management: Lead and mentor the client success team. Conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance culture.
● Engagement: Host webinars and travel occasionally within North America to represent the company at industry conferences and seminars to build brand presence and network with clients.
● Client Journey: Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a positive experience.
● Stakeholders: Develop and foster relationships with a variety of consultants and ETRM (Energy Trading Risk Management) companies in the energy industry.
Qualifications
At least three years of natural gas scheduling experience required across one or more North American pipelines.
