Job Description

Functional Analyst — Operations/EOD (Americas)

About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the Americas EOD process including pre-checks, batch execution, validation, error handling, and escalation
  • Monitor and manage batch jobs via TPM, Services Manager / Workflow Manager
  • Investigate and resolve EOD/SOD failures — identify root causes, implement fixes or workarounds, and document resolutions
  • Monitor interfaces and data feeds — market data, upstream/downstream integrations, file transfers
  • Manage the Americas → APAC shift handoff including posting handoff notes and flagging in-progress issues
  • Support APM processing, position validation, and readiness checks
  • Maintain and improve operational runbooks and monitoring playbooks
  • Configure and manage alerts in Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools
  • Support environment management — restarts, cache clearing, log retrieval, health checks
