Functional Analyst — Operations/EOD (Americas)
About the Role
Provide operational support for EOD/SOD processing, batch management, and system monitoring for a global Openlink Endur implementation. The Americas pod owns the Global EOD process — this role is critical to ensuring nightly processing completes successfully across all regions.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the Americas EOD process including pre-checks, batch execution, validation, error handling, and escalation
- Monitor and manage batch jobs via TPM, Services Manager / Workflow Manager
- Investigate and resolve EOD/SOD failures — identify root causes, implement fixes or workarounds, and document resolutions
- Monitor interfaces and data feeds — market data, upstream/downstream integrations, file transfers
- Manage the Americas → APAC shift handoff including posting handoff notes and flagging in-progress issues
- Support APM processing, position validation, and readiness checks
- Maintain and improve operational runbooks and monitoring playbooks
- Configure and manage alerts in Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools
- Support environment management — restarts, cache clearing, log retrieval, health checks
