Korn Ferry is partnering with our client on their search for a Financial Analyst FP&A.

Role Summary:

  • Title: Financial Analyst FP&A
  • Reports to: FP&A Leadership (Manager/Director)
  • Team Involvement: Works cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Supply & Trading, Risk, and Business Unit leadership; frequent collaboration with operations and data/reporting teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to drive business performance and profitability
  • Perform detailed financial analysis of income statements and general ledger activity, including variance analysis against forecast and prior periods
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages for senior leadership
  • Track business performance against plan, analyze market conditions and operational drivers, and update forecasts accordingly
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, business analytics, and performance tracking
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and performance management tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate across business units to improve financial visibility, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Support cross-functional FP&A initiatives, including exposure to Supply & Trading finance processes and best practices
  • Participate in special projects focused on process improvement, reporting enhancements, and business analytics development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide business insights
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel required; experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or similar tools preferred
  • Exposure to RightAngle or similar systems is a plus
  • Self-starter with curiosity to understand the broader business and identify opportunities for improvement

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Target base compensation range: $80K–$100K
  • 10% annual performance incentive bonus
