What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
• Build and scale the function, improving processes, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Customer Solutions & Implementation

• Understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges.
• Lead technical solution implementation, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve technical issues.
• Improve delivery outcomes and the customer experience.

Technical Solutions

• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support discovery, analysis, solution design, and ETL/CRM/ETRM integrations.
• Investigate complex challenges and contribute to automation, scripting, and data analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support commercial opportunities, customer discussions, and technical demonstrations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and deliver improvements.

• Your Profile*

You’re technically capable, commercially minded, and enjoy solving complex problems, working with customers, and developing people. You can balance technical delivery, customer engagement, and leadership while taking ownership and finding practical solutions.

You’ll ideally bring:

• B2B SaaS or technology experience, ideally in ETRM or energy trading.
• Experience in implementation, technical solutions, professional services, business analysis, or customer success.
• Experience delivering technology projects and managing complex customer requirements.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with data, systems, integrations, or business processes; exposure to scripting or automation is a plus.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills, a technical or quantitative background, (STEM degree) and fluency in English.
