ETRM Consultant Lead

to spearhead large-scale deliveries within the Geneva Commodities sector. This is a permanent position designed for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex architecture and pragmatic business delivery.

Your Job:

• Strategic Delivery:

Translate complex technical and architectural concepts into actionable, high-impact delivery plans.

• Stakeholder Leadership:

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders at world-leading commodity trading firms.

• Team Excellence:

Lead and mentor high-performing, international technical teams in a dynamic, distributed environment.

• Relationship Management:

Build and sustain long-term client partnerships, identifying opportunities for delivery-led growth.

Your Profile:

• Technical Foundation:

A strong background in Software Architecture or Senior Development, specifically within the

ETRM and Commodities

domain.

• Delivery Expertise:

5+ years of experience managing complex IT solution deliveries, ideally within a consultancy or large-scale program environment.

• Ecosystem Knowledge:

Deep familiarity with enterprise landscapes (ERP, Cloud/Data integrations) and a solid grasp of data privacy and confidentiality obligations.

• Methodology:

Hands-on mastery of both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

• Languages:

Fluency in

English
