Job Description

SUMMARY:

The ETRM Business Optimization Manager will oversee and optimize our Right-Angle accounting system along with our middle/back-office applications. This position serves as the primary administrator for systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, finance, and logistics processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the Right-Angle system and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with IT and Contractors.
  • Develop and maintain reporting capabilities within Right Angle.
  • Administer user access and security for all platforms.
  • Lead system upgrades and enhancement projects.
  • Act as division-level administrator for middle/back-office applications, maintaining workflows and data integrity.
  • Maintain system connections between middle/back-office applications and other platforms for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and logistics teams to streamline processes and identify improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Right Angle or similar applications
  • OneStream experience preferred
  • JDE or similar application experience preferred
  • Experience engaging directly with end users for requirements, delivery, testing, and issue management
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration concepts is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position is primarily office-based and requires the ability to perform work while seated for extended periods. The role involves frequent use of a computer, including prolonged viewing of a monitor and continuous typing on a keyboard. Occasional walking within the office and light handling of documents or office supplies (under 15 lbs) may be required. The employee must have adequate visual acuity for reading and data entry and the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Employees must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) for their work areas.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work environment is in an office setting. Noise level varies from low to moderate levels.

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday. The working hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. Occasional changes in schedule may be required as special circumstances arise.
