Endur Expertise: 10–15 years of hands-on experience supporting OpenLink Endur across functional or technical areas, with strong understanding of recent versions (preferably v23/24).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Endur components such as simulation engine, Connex frameworks, OpenComponents, JVS/AVS, and trade workflow configurations.
ETRM Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of energy trading markets (power, gas, oil, renewables), risk management, settlements, logistics, and market operations.
Service Delivery Management: Proven capability in managing SLAs, incident/problem/change processes, and Endur production environments.
Integration Skills: Experience with APIs, middleware, messaging interfaces, and downstream system data publishing.
Cloud & DevOps Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and automated deployment frameworks.
Methodologies: Experience working in Agile, ITIL, and SDLC-driven environments.
Manage end-to-end service delivery for the OpenLink Endur platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs.
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes for all Endur-related services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, trading teams, risk functions, and IT partners to understand requirements and ensure quality service outcomes.
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and release management activities across Endur environments.
Oversee and guide functional and technical analysts supporting the Endur platform.
Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous system and process improvements.
Govern vendor relationships, including service integrators and Endur support partners.
Review and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, impact assessments, and design documents.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements within trading technology environments.
Prepare service performance dashboards, management reports, and communication updates for stakeholders.
Champion best practices in service governance, DevOps, testing, version control, and deployment processes.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
