We are seeking an experienced

Endur ETRM Business Analys

t to support a leading energy trading organization in Houston. This role will focus on the analysis, enhancement, and optimization of Endur's PnL and market risk functionality, working closely with Front Office, Risk, Trading, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Business Analyst for Endur PnL and market risk initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Trading, Risk, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Support and enhance Endur functionality related to: PnL Explained, PnL Detail, Delta Calculation, Delta Exposure Reporting, Market Manager
• Investigate PnL discrepancies and perform root cause analysis across trading portfolios.
• Collaborate with traders and risk managers to ensure accurate valuation and exposure reporting. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Support UAT activities, test planning, defect management, and production releases.
• Work closely with Endur developers and technical teams to implement system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across risk, valuation, and reporting processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiativ

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within commodity trading environments.
• Strong hands-on experience w

ETRM.

• Strong understanding of market risk concepts and trading lifecycle processes.
• Experience working directly with Front Office, Risk, and Trading stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex trading and valuation data.
• Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
