Job: Endur Developer

Key Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with
Openlink / ION Endur development.
- Strong experience across the complete Endur project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Solid understanding of
Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) and the full trade lifecycle.
Technical Skills
- Endur design, development, configuration, and enhancement.
- Custom development using JVS.
- Endur integrations with market data, ERP, treasury, reporting, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshooting production, valuation, performance, and integration issues.
- Endur upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Technical reviews, release planning, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership (senior-level roles).
Additional Skills
- Incident management and willingness to work in a 24x7 support model.
- Experience with BaseIT, JIRA, ADO, and Datadog.
- Ability to convert business requirements and production issues into L2/L3 support tickets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agile/SCRUM knowledge preferred.
