Senior position 7+ years of experience

Fulltime direct hire position on W2 - target salary of $170,000.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of experience in Endur development and support experience across front, middle and back-office functions
• Experience with recent Endur versions
• Strong experience with JVS scripting and Crystal Report development
• Ability to provide both application support and development
• Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, releases and deployments
• Strong SQL querying experience
• Ability to support end users and work directly with business users
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance windows

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting natural gas, crude oil, or power trading operations

JOB DESCRIPTION

A midstream energy company is seeking a Senior Endur Developer to join a small, highly collaborative ETRM team supporting two Endur instances across the gas and crude businesses. This role is a blend of development, production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and system upgrades, with responsibility across front, middle, and back office operations, including scheduling, accounting, invoicing, and trade lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Endur development experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to investigate issues, support business users, manage vendor cases, implement enhancements, perform testing, and participate in deployments. This is not a purely development-focused role; the team wears multiple hats, so strong communication and user support skills are equally important. This position is 100% onsite in Downtown Houston (5 days/week) and offers a target salary of $170,000.
