About the Role:

As an

E/CTRM Application Support Senior Analyst

, you will play a key role in supporting and improving a third-party E/CTRM platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders including traders, risk managers, accountants, and technology teams to ensure smooth operation of critical trading applications.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, improving processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the platform continues to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong commercial

oil trading E/CTRM application support experience

• 4+ years’ experience working with

E/CTRM systems

• Experience supporting crude and refined products trading environments
• Strong understanding of CTRM processes including:

• Trade capture

• Contract management

• Credit

• Risk

• Scheduling

• Inventory

• Settlements

• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Technical exposure to Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent English and Spanish required

USD 70k basic + benefits
