CMART Solutions India Private Limited is an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified company specializing in commodity and energy trading technology., founded in 2014 and headquartered in London, with offices in Bengaluru and Dubai. We serve clients across the UK, Middle East and Europe, delivering CTRM/ETRM solutions, managed services and proprietary technology accelerators to commodity and energy trading businesses.

With a team of approximately 70 professionals, we operate with the agility of a specialist firm and the rigour of an enterprise partner.

This role marks the next chapter in our India growth story establishing our presence in the Delhi NCR region as a strategic second hub, complementing our Bengaluru delivery Centre.

The Opportunity:

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for a senior CTRM/ETRM professional to take on a role that is equal parts operator, leader and entrepreneur. You will be the founding presence of CMART's Delhi operations. Will be responsible

for setting up the location, b

uilding a high-performing team around you over time, owning direct client delivery and driving revenue growth through both our existing client base and new business development.

You will have the full backing of CMART's leadership, the infrastructure of an established firm, and the autonomy to shape what this office becomes. We have thought carefully about making this person successful and will invest accordingly in onboarding, tooling, client relationships, and compensation.

Things that you would work on:

1.Client Delivery

  • Own and lead the delivery of CTRM/ETRM engagements from the Delhi base, maintaining the quality standards and client relationship depth that CMART is known for.
  • Act as the senior delivery authority on engagements providing hands-on technical and functional guidance, managing project governance and ensuring outcomes are met on time and to scope.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery risk, proactively managing issues before they become client concerns.
  • Ensure all delivery work reflects CMART's methodologies, quality frameworks and ISO-aligned practices.

2.Location Leadership & Operations

  • Establish and operationalize CMART's Delhi office as a fully functioning delivery and business hub covering workspace, ways of working, hiring cadence and team culture.
  • Hire, mentor and grow a team of CTRM/ETRM professionals as business demand warrants, instilling CMART's values and operating standards from day one.
  • Ensure the Delhi location operates as a seamless extension of CMART, not a satellite office, but a true part of how we work, communicate and deliver globally.
  • Collaborate closely with counterparts in Bengaluru, London and Dubai to align on resource planning, knowledge sharing and cross-location delivery.
  • Feed local market intelligence hiring conditions, competitor activity, emerging client needs back into the wider leadership team.

3.Revenue Generation & Business Development

  • Own a revenue target and develop a clear strategy to achieve it, drawing on both expansion within existing CMART accounts and conversion of new client opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in the energy and commodity trading space, leveraging CMART's established reputation, certifications and product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a strong personal network within the CTRM/ETRM ecosystem with trading firms, commodity houses, utilities and energy majors who are potential CMART clients.
  • Construct and present compelling proposals, drawing on CMART's service line, accelerators and managed services capabilities.
  • Work in partnership with the Executive Team on strategic pursuits pipeline management and commercial negotiations.

We are looking for an individual with:

1. Experience & Domain Knowledge

  • 15+ years of experience in CTRM/ETRM technology consulting, implementation or managed services.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Openlink Endur is strongly preferred; working knowledge of other leading platforms is a plus.
  • Proven background across at least one of: oil & gas, natural gas, power, metals or agricultural commodities trading.
  • Track record of leading end-to-end CTRM/ETRM implementations covering front-to-back trade lifecycle, risk, P&L, settlements and reporting.
  • Experience working with or within trading firms, energy companies or specialist technology consultancies serving those markets.

2.Leadership & People

  • Proven ability to lead delivery teams, build strong client partnerships, and seamlessly operate across business, delivery, and technical domains.
  • Experience building or scaling teams, ideally in a start-up or growth-phase environment where you have had to hire for culture as much as for skill.
  • A natural mentor, someone who brings people along rather than leaving them behind.

3.Commercial Acumen

  • Comfortable owning a revenue number and accountable for the actions needed to hit it.
  • Experience originating, shaping and closing consulting or technology engagements not just responding to RFPs, but proactively building pipelines.
  • Able to construct commercially sound proposals and articulate value clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
