Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenLink Endur.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Java.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in integrating software systems with existing applications and databases.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging software issues to ensure optimal performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OpenLink Endur.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
