Overview
Trismegist Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based independent physical commodity trading company specializing in the sourcing, supply, and trading of non-ferrous metal ores and concentrates.
We are seeking an experienced CTRM Business Analyst to lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of a Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) system. This is a hands-on role that will work closely with our commercial, operations, finance, and management teams to analyze business processes, define system requirements, and deliver a CTRM solution that supports the company's growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing CTRM systems, a strong understanding of physical commodity trading workflows, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a CTRM system, such as Fusion CTRM or a comparable platform.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from traders, operators, finance, logistics, and management teams.
- Configure and test system workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external consultants throughout the implementation process.
- Support data migration, user testing, and go-live activities.
- Develop user guides process documentation, and training materials for end-users.
- Provide ongoing system support and recommend enhancements as business requirements evolve.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience implementing or supporting a CTRM system, preferably Fusion CTRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of physical commodity trading workflows, including contracts, logistics, pricing, invoicing and settlement.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Strong project management and stake holder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment.
