#### Job Description

The Team Lead and their team will work on small change, projects and 3rd line support and typical tasks will include:

  • Team Leadership & Coaching

+ The Team Lead will support the IT Management Team in planning the medium term roadmap including changes to the IT organisation over time.

+ Line-manage Singapore BA team: set objectives, run 1:1s, own performance management and build deliberate growth plans for each team member.

+ Coach BAs on the craft — elicitation, story-writing, functional decomposition, trade-off framing — not just task completion.

+ Run quality assurance over team output when BAs are embedded in PM-led workstreams, and contribute to the global BA community of practice.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Practices

+ Build trusted relationships with MO, Risk, Treasury, Finance stakeholders; chair prioritisation discussions and drive decisions to commitment.

+ Operate fluently across Agile (BA as proxy PO) and structured project delivery; champion clean backlogs, traceable requirements and living documentation in JIRA and Confluence.

+ Lead the responsible adoption of AI/GenAI tooling within the team — requirement drafting, story generation, test-case ideation, meeting notes — within JERAGM's security guardrails.

+ Lead post-implementation reviews: measure solution performance against intended outcomes and recommend follow-on improvements.

  • Small Change and Projects

+ Working with the users to identify, assess and prioritise their needs

+ Shape options and recommendations for significant changes: current-state assessment, future-state definition, gap analysis and trade-off-aware solution recommendations to sponsors.

+ Documenting requirements using plain English following a top-down and structured approach

+ Performing hands-on system analysis and writing user stories

+ Working with other members of the IT team to estimate changes and create a work breakdown

+ Running update meetings with other IT teams and users

+ Leading engagement with vendor teams on functional issues

+ Performing functional review and working with QA to create test plans/scripts

+ Running training and UAT

+ Supporting release planning and go-live

+ Creating user documentation and providing training

  • Operational Support

+ Helping users with their adhoc queries

+ Analysing problems, identifying root causes, testing solutions and co-ordinating changes

+ Providing IT review and sign-off for New Business Committees
