This contractor position will be responsible for managing daily counterparty credit exposures and business relationships within the controls and credit risk appetite outlined in the Credit Policy, Standards, and Procedures. Success in this role requires strong financial and technical analytical skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and the capability to build and manage relationships with both external counterparties and internal stakeholders, including other members of the credit team. The Sr. Credit Analyst assesses risk and makes timely decisions within established policies and procedures while demonstrating strong business acumen. The role requires the ability to independently complete complex credit reviews, make timely decisions on counterparty credit limits, ratings, and terms, and maintain ownership of credit scoring models. Additionally, the role provides input and direction into contract and collateral negotiations, applies appropriate mitigation strategies, and monitors and reports exposure across various ETRM systems and credit tools.
