About the Role

We are looking for a

Business Architecture Manager

to join a leading energy trading organization based in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a key role within the Trading & Digital division, focused on bridging trading operations with technology. You will act as the critical link between trading business stakeholders and digital delivery teams, translating LNG and energy trading strategies into structured business capabilities and technical solution designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

business architecture and demand management

for trading digital initiatives

• Translate trading, risk, and operations requirements into

functional specifications and solution designs

within

Endur

• Conduct

requirements engineering, gap analysis, and process optimization

across Front, Middle, and Back Office

• Design

business capability models, process flows, and value streams

for the trading organization

• Facilitate

stakeholder workshops

with traders, risk managers, and operations teams

• Manage

UAT coordination

and post-go-live user engagement

• Drive

functional solution design

for

Endur

and related trading systems

• Support

business case development

and strategic evaluation of technology investments

Must-Have:

• 8–12 years

of experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Functional Solution Design

• Strong experience in

Energy Trading or Commodities,

• Hands-on experience with

Openlink Endur

– this is a

must-have

• Proven experience in

business capability mapping, process design, and requirements engineering

• Experience working with

derivatives, risk management, P&L, and market data

• Strong

stakeholder management and workshop facilitation

skills

• Ability to bridge

business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with

LNG trading

and the full trade lifecycle

• Knowledge of

TOGAF

or other architecture frameworks

• Experience with

Agile delivery methodologies

• Professional certifications such as

CBAP, PMI-PBA, or TOGAF
