Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the organization's structure and workflows to understand how various processes and systems interact. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and project goals.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to document and present business requirements clearly and concisely.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow design to support system integration.
• Competence in problem-solving and decision-making within a collaborative team environment.
