POSITION OVERVIEW: The Business Analyst III serves as a senior functional analyst supporting Musket's Enterprise Trade & Risk Management (ETRM) ecosystem and related business applications. This role partners with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers to analyze business processes, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency across trading, logistics, scheduling, accounting, and risk functions.
Business Analyst III acts as a functional subject matter expert, leading complex analysis efforts, supporting solution design, coordinating testing activities, and driving successful implementation of technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

+ Knowledge of Openlink, RightAngle, basic databases, system integration and data reporting structures
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
+ Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment.
+ Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
+ Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
+ Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar incident management tools.
+ Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management tools.
+ SQL fundamentals for data analysis and validation.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to manage 200+ emails per day.
+ Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
+ Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
+ Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
