Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into system and solution design inputs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Analyze solution feasibility, risks, and business impact.
- Support Agile/sprint-based delivery and project execution.
- Perform data analysis and validate business requirements.
- Coordinate with distributed/global teams for delivery alignment.
Key Skills
- Business Analyst experience (3+ years BA, overall 7+ IT experience)
- Gas / Power / LNG Trading or ETRM systems exposure
- Gas scheduling and balancing knowledge (Trading & Supply domain)
- EU Gas TSO operations understanding
- Agile project delivery experience
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
