ASPECT CTRM Global Team Leader - Technical Application Support - Geneva Based
Global commodity trading house seeks a permanent, experienced ASPECT CTRM Global Team Leader - Technical Application Support to join their Geneva office and lead their new ASPECT CTRM support team.
This is a 5 days per week in their Geneva office role, so it is essential that you will either already live in Geneva or happy to relocate to Geneva.
My client will sponsor your Swiss visa but you will need very strong ASPECT CTRM Application Support experience
Reporting into the Global Head of Application Support (who oversees all their CTRA systems), the successful ASPECT CTRM Technical Support Team Leader will serve as the primary point of contact for all ASPECT ETRM / CTRM related issues across the user groups, providing 1st and 2nd line support to traders, schedulers and back office professionals.
This role is based in Geneva and will be a hands-on ASPECT CTRM technical support role supporting all European Oil & Metals Trading on ASPECT CTRM, whilst also overseeing a global ASPECT CTRM support team based in other global offices.
You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade capture, pricing, risk reporting, and settlements within ASPECT ETRM, including liaising with the vendor to manage incidents, system upgrades, patches and feature enhancements.
It is essential that you have a strong background working in a similar ASPECT CTRM Application Support Analyst role, with some experience of Oil and/or Metals or Concentrates
. You will also need strong SQL skills and basic scripting knowledge (Python or VBA).
Salary: CHF 150-170k base + bonus + benefits
