Application Support Analyst – Endur (5+ Years Required)

Candidates must have 5+ years of hands on OpenLink Endur experience in a trading environment.

Location: Houston, TX (Greenway Plaza)

Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Duration: 12+ month contract with potential for full-time conversion

Pay: $85 to $105 per hour

This is a techno functional role with a strong technical focus, supporting a leading power and gas trading business in a fast paced trading floor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real time Endur support across trading operations
• Troubleshoot trade booking, valuation, and system issues
• Perform root cause analysis on PnL discrepancies
• Configure pricing, risk measures, and reference data
• Support systems across the trading lifecycle
• Monitor and support batch processes and data feeds
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and trading teams

Required Experience

• 5+ years hands on OpenLink Endur experience (required)
• 5+ years supporting Endur in a trading environment
• Trading floor support experience is required
• Strong knowledge of North American power and gas markets
• Strong SQL and technical troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

Experience with OpenJVS, Java, or .NET

Understanding of CTRM systems and trade lifecycle

Additional Details

Small, high impact team with exposure to front office

Weekly extended support coverage until approximately 7 PM

Opportunity to convert to full time
